<p>If I had to break it down, I would say that the effectiveness of this diet for most boils down to 4 things: how closely you follow the diet; how long you stay on the diet; how carefully you monitor your side items; and whether you exercise or not. It should be obvious that if you don&#8217;t eat the nutrisystem meals, you can&#8217;t expect the same results as those who do. Also, you&#8217;re asked to add in fresh sides with each meal like low fat dairy, fruits, vegetables, or healthful whole grains.
